We do have most of our products in stock. If this is the case, your items will be shipped as soon a we receive your payment. But due to our wide range of items and different glass colour options, some items are ‘made to order’. You know what they say about quality taking time, so please allow up to 5 working days for manufacturing of all LOVE Collection,GEOMETRIC Collection& CURATE Collection products should the item you ordered not be in stock.
Please allow up to 15 working days for manufacturing of all GOLD Collection & PLATINUM Collectionproducts as this is a longer manufacturing process that is affected by loadshedding (urgh!).
Please note is that we can only really start once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start with your order. These lead times exclude shipping times.
