1. What Glass Colors are available?

Please have a look at the Glass Color Chart for examples of all the Glass Colors we have available. You will be able to choose the color of each item you order. Please note that colors are sometimes out of stock while we wait for a new shipment from Italy.

2. How long will it take for me to get my product?

We do have most of our products in stock. But due to our wide range of items and different colour options, some items are ‘made to order.’ And you know what they say about quality taking time, so please allow up to 10 – 15 working days for processing and manufacturing if the item you ordered is not in stock.  Please note is that we can only really start once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start with your order.

3. Delivery Options

a. We offer free shipping for any order.  The parcel will be sent to a PUDO (The Courier Guy) locker near you, where it can be collected at your convenience. Please follow this link for more info and to find the locker of your choice:
b. Courier can be arranged to deliver your parcel to your door (home/office etc). Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R 50. 
c. We do have a studio in Pretoria-East, so if you’re based in the area please feel free to select ‘self-collect’ as your shipping option. We’ll let you know once your order has been completed and ready for you to collect. We love visitors – So come by to collect or browse in our little shop or to have a look at how your pieces are made😊

4. Taking Care of your Jewellery

None of the metals that we use are plated. We only work in solid sterling silver and solid brass.
As the metal is solid and not plated, the more you wear our jewellery, the cleaner it should stay. Please note, however, that brass and silver do tarnish naturally over time.
It can simply be cleaned back to their original appearance by using a standard brass metal polish (Brasso is our favourite brand).
Best to remove your jewellery when applying moisturizer, perfumes or lotions.  Gold and Platinum detail is a surface treatment and may patina or fade depending on pH, use and exposure to chlorine. Do not use brush on Gold or Platinum areas.

5. Payment Options

We like to make paying as easy as possible for you, which is why we offer a variety of payment options including the secure payment gateway PayFast, Ikhohka and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

6. Returns & Exchanges 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact us within 1 week of receiving it and we will swap the item for store credit. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
– Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
– We don’t accept any returns after the one week grace period.
– You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
– You can contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R 50.

8. Sizing Guide

a. Rings
We make use of UK ring sizes. If you are not sure what your ring size is, you can visit your local jeweller to find out, or stop by our studio so we can measure you. You can also visit to calculate for yourself. If you do know your exact ring size, you can tell us under the order notes when you place your order.
x-small – G to I.5
small – J to L.5
med – M to O.5
large – P to Q.5
x-large – R to T
b. Bangles
Our bangle sizes are calculated in diameter. When measuring, please keep in mind that the bangle needs to fit over the widest part of your hand.
Small: 60mm
Medium: 65mm
Large: 70mm
c. Necklaces
Our silk necklaces come in three different lengths, short 38 cm, medium 43 cm or long 48 cm. Sterling silver chain lengths are available in 45 cm or 50 cm.
