1. How long will it take for me to get my product?

We do have most of our products in stock. But due to our wide range of items and different colour options, some items are ‘made to order.’ And you know what they say about quality taking time, so please allow up to 10 – 15 working days for processing and manufacturing if the item you ordered is not in stock. Please allow slightly longer for ceramic items from our homeware collection should we not have it in stock. Please note is that we can only really start once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start with your order.

2. Delivery Options

a. Courier to your door (home/office etc). Our courier delivers overnight throughout Gauteng at a cost of R 65. All main centres in South Africa at a cost of R 90 per parcel overnight. Outlaying areas will be R 160 per parcel in 2-3 working days.
b. PARGO – R 75 throughout South Africa. This is a perfect delivery option for people “on the go” when home deliveries and waiting for the courier can be frustrating.  With over 2500 Pick-up Points nationwide, Pargo’s objective is to have a parcel Pick-up Points no further than 5 km away from your home or office. Parcel Pick-up Points include popular stores such as Clicks Stores, Freshstop at Caltex and Lewis. Follow this link to find your nearest pick-up point: https://pargo.co.za/find-a-store/. c. We do have a studio in Pretoria-East, so if you’re based in the area please feel free to select ‘self-collect’ as your shipping option. We’ll let you know once your order has been completed and ready for you to collect. We love visitors – So come by to collect or browse in our little shop or to have a look at how your pieces are made😊

3. Payment Options

We like to make paying as easy as possible for you, which is why we offer a variety of payment options including the secure payment gateway PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

4. Returns & Exchanges 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact us within 1 week of receiving it and we will swap the item for store credit. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
– Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
– We don’t accept any returns after the one week grace period.
– You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
– You can contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R 65 in Gauteng/ R 90 main centres/ R 160 outlaying area one way.

6. Sizing Guide

a. Rings
We make use of UK ring sizes. If you are not sure what your ring size is, you can visit your local jeweller to find out, or stop by our studio so we can measure you. You can also visit www.findmyringsize.com to calculate for yourself.
x-small – G to I.5
small – J to L.5
med – M to O.5
large – P to Q.5
x-large – R to T
b. Bangles
Our bangle sizes are calculated in diameter. When measuring, please keep in mind that the bangle needs to fit over the widest part of your hand.
Small: 60mm
Medium: 65mm
Large: 70mm
c. Necklaces
Our silk necklaces come in three different lengths, short 38 cm, medium 43 cm or long 48 cm. Sterling silver chain lengths are available in 45 cm or 50 cm.
