1. How long will it take for me to get my product?

We do have most of our products in stock. If this is the case, your items will be shipped as soon a we receive your payment. But due to our wide range of items and different glass colour options, some items are ‘made to order’. You know what they say about quality taking time, so please allow up to 5 working days for manufacturing of all LOVE Collection,GEOMETRIC Collection & CURATE Collection  products should the item you ordered not be in stock.
Please allow up to 15 working days for manufacturing of all GOLD Collection & PLATINUM Collection products as this is a longer manufacturing process that is affected by loadshedding (urgh!).
Please note is that we can only really start once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start with your order. These lead times exclude shipping times.

6. Taking Care of your Jewellery

None of the metals that we use are plated. We only work in sterling silver and solid brass.
As the metal is solid and not plated, the more you wear our jewellery, the cleaner it should stay. Please note, however, that brass and silver do tarnish naturally over time.
It is perfectly natural for 925 Sterling Silver and Brass to oxidise over time. (Think back to your grandmother’s luxury silver cutlery and brass ornaments, it had to be polished and maintained weekly).
There are various reasons these metals will tarnish quicker, some being within your control and others that are out of your control. Some factors that are within your control are keeping jewellery away from perfume, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and not bathing or swimming with your metal items. Factors that are beyond your control includes humidity, dirty air and an acidic skin ph.
In the case of your jewellery tarnishing or becoming dirty, simply clean it with a soft cloth and a metal cleaning agent such as Silvo/Brasso, a generic jewellery cleaner, or simply hot water, a sponge and soap.
Gold and Platinum detail is a surface treatment and may patina or fade depending on pH, use and exposure to chlorine. Do not use brush on Gold or Platinum areas and do not dip these areas in Silver Dip/Cleaner. You can gently wipe the area with a soft cloth to clean.
Store your jewellery in an airtight container or a zip lock bag to discourage tarnishing.

7. Repairs

We cannot take responsibility for jewellery that has been damaged due to improper care, negligence or accidental damage.
ADJANi does not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care.
We will however gladly repair/replace items that have broken due to a manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months post purchase.
We are happy to repair your items at a nominal charge, please send an email to: for assistance.

8. Glass Colour Options

Please click HERE for the Glass Info & Colour Chart  that shows examples of all the Glass Colors we have available. You will be able to choose the color of each item you order. Please note that colors are sometimes out of stock while we wait for a new shipment from Italy.

9. How is the Glass Jewellery made?

The glass of each item is melted on a gas and oxygen fueled torch. Once in a molten state, it is shaped into the desired form using special tools and gravity. The glass is then cooled down slowly to room temperature and placed in a kiln to be fired for annealing. After firing, the beads are removed from their mandrels and thoroughly cleaned before it is ready to be assembled into jewellery pieces.
Gold & Platinum items are hand painted with gold/platinum lustre before it is fired in the kiln. Lustre is real gold/platinum, dissolved in an oil, when the oil burns off in the kiln, a deposit of gold/platinum is left behind on the glass.
